Delivery and Return
Do you offer free shipping?

*Please note that all pro equipment are not eligable to free shipping, no matter the amount of the transaction*

We offer free shipping on all online orders of:

  • $125 or more (before taxes) for all orders shipped within Canada
  • $150 or more (before taxes) for all orders shipped to the United States
  • $200 or more (before taxes) for all orders shipped outside of North America

*Please note that a promo code will subtract the value of your order therefore it may put you below the free shipping amount required.

Do you ship outside of North America?

Yes, we do offer worldwide shipping! Please check our shipping and return page or contact our customer support for specific details regarding shipping to your location.

*Additional shipping fees might be added on to standard costs for outlying regions in Canada and for international orders as well. All customs costs related to the package are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes, all our packages come with a tracking number that you will receive once your order is shipped. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time. However, please note that for items shipped directly by our suppliers, a tracking number is generally not provided. For more details on the delivery of your order, feel free to check our Shipping and Return section on our website or contact our customer service.

Can I pick up my order at the store?

Yes! We offer store pickup in Montreal and Brossard. The individual whose name is associated with the order must be the one to present themselves at the store for order pickup.

Please bring a piece of photo identification and a copy of the bill for your order.

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email. Upon notification, your order will be held in the store for 14 days. Any orders not picked up after 14 days will be canceled without notice.

Can I return items I purchased online?

If you are not completely satisfied, the merchandise can be returned to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

No returns will be accepted on worn, altered, laundered, and unlabeled merchandise.

A custom jersey is considered altered merchandise and is then recognized as a final sale.

All items sent by the supplier are considered final sale.

Please make sure that the model, size, color, and customization ordered are accurate. Include a copy of your invoice, an explanatory note indicating the reason for the return, and a daytime phone number where we can reach you.

Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

What do I do if I received defective, damaged or incorrect items?

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the entire order at the time of delivery. It is also the customer's responsibility to contact us within 7 days of notification of delivery to report any problems with the package or the merchandise it contains. We invite you to send us a picture of the damaged items by email at [email protected] in order to obtain a prepaid return label.

In the event that the items in your order are incorrect, damaged or defective, these items must be returned to us before we can proceed with a refund or exchange. Items must not have been washed, used or altered in any way. Items must still have all their original packaging and tags.

Can I cancel an order once it is confirmed?

Unfortunately, once the confirmation email is received, we are unable to cancel your order.

We strongly advise you to carefully review your cart before confirming your order to avoid any confusion or mistakes. If you have any concerns or questions about your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service. We will do our best to assist you to the extent possible.

How can I claim my promotional code?

Once you have received a promo code, please make sure to enter the code in the allocated space before completing your order online and write it exactly as given

(ie : TSPORTS-XXXXXX).

The code is only valid online and can’t be used for other promotions or in store. Please note that there are two options for discounts online :

  • Dollar value promotional codes which apply to the price of products listed as well as the taxes and shipping fees.
  • Percentage discount promo codes which are applied to the price of products and not shipping and taxes.

Please note that the promotional code is only valid for a one-time use.

What types of payments are accepted?

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

We also accept TricoloreSports gift card.

Gift Cards
Where can I use TricoloreSports Gift Cards?

TricoloreSports Gift Cards can be used exclusively for the purchase of promotional items on our official website, tricoloreSports.com. Additionally, they are accepted at our boutiques located in Montreal, Brossard, and Laval, as well as all TricoloreSports kiosks open during games.

Can I use the Gift Card to buy tickets for games or shows?

No, TricoloreSports Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase tickets for games or shows. They are intended for the acquisition of promotional merchandise only.

Can I redeem my TricoloreSports Gift Card at Bell Center restaurants or concession stands?

No, TricoloreSports Gift Cards cannot be used at any Bell Center restaurants or concession stands. They are specifically designed for the purchase of promotional items available on tricoloreSports.com and at our designated boutiques and kiosks.

Is there an expiration date for TricoloreSports Gift Cards?

TricoloreSports Gift Cards do not have an expiration date, providing flexibility for your future purchases.

Can I check the balance of my Gift Card?

Certainly, feel free to call one of our stores, and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you in checking the balance of your gift card.

Do you price match when a sale starts?

Did something you ordered within the last 30 days reduce in price? We will gladly issue a credit for the difference between the price you paid and the promotional price. Please note that you must contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the date that your order was placed and we will get back to you with the details of the price adjustment.

How can I get information about my auction purchase?

Is a certificate of authenticity provided with the equipment or pro stock item purchased ?

No certificate of authenticity will be included with the equipment or pro stock purchased, unless otherwise indicated.

First Nations People’s Sales Tax Exemption

To apply for an exemption, please contact Customer Service by emailing [email protected] with a request and required information (listed below), including your tax exemption documentation as an email attachment:

  • Your email address
  • Your address
  • Your order number(s) (9 digits in this format: ORDXXXXXX)
  • A copy of your Certificate of Indian Status (status card), front and back sent as a jpg, gif, or png file. We are unable to accept any other formats.

 

Please note that you and your order must meet these requirements: 

  • You're entitled to a sales tax exemption under the Indian Act 
  • The product(s) is being delivered to a reserve* 
  • Your order is billed to and shipped to the same name indicated on the Certificate of Indian Status
  • All Federal and Provincial tax exemption requirements are adhered to
  • The tax exemption request is submitted within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice. If the order was placed more than 30 days prior, Tricolore Sports will not be able to issue a refund.
